Description	FLEXAN II polymer is a high molecular weight polystyrene sulfonate, sodium salt supplied as a free flowing off-white powder. FLEXAN II polymer is a multi-functional polymer for hair and skin management. For HAIR CARE, it can be used to remove cationic build-up on hair, making it ideal for shampoos and cleansing products. FLEXAN II polymer's water soluble films are strong and flexible, making it a multifunctional ingredient for various styling aids. FLEXAN’s polymer films are heat stable well above 300°F (150°C) and therefore protect the hair from heat damage caused by using hair dryers or curling irons during the styling process. FLEXAN II polymer is a highly anionic polymer with excellent electrical conductivity. It quickly dissipates electric charge and helps prevent flyaway strands. For SKINCARE, its film forming properties tighten the skin and smooth the fine wrinkles.
